It seems people are heading out en masse for road trips in WA, both north and south. How lucky are we to have a place like WA to explore! If you’re heading up north for some fishing, grab a gill net and hit the warmer waters for a catch of mullet or whiting. If you’re chasing bait fish (like small whole mullet) use a 2 9/16″ or 2 ¾” mesh net, and if you’re chasing good sized eating fish and you’re north of Geraldton, you could go up to a 3″ or 3 ½”. If you’re feeling really lucky and you’re way up north, try one of our seriously large 4 1/2″ nets (the biggest allowed) – good for your sea mullet and threadfin salmon. We’ve got plenty in stock in our O’Connor warehouse, ready to go. Happy travels!
